This type of agitator is a slow-speed agitator, which is often operated in the laminar flow zone. The liquid rises or falls along the spiral surface to form an axial upward and downward circulation, which is suitable for the mixing and heat transfer of medium and high viscosity liquids.Commonly used medium viscosity μ<105cP, common speed n=0.5-50rpm, v=2m/s. The spiral belt outer corridor of the LD spiral belt mixer is close to the inner wall of the stirring tank, and the stirring diameter is large, which strengthens the up and down circulation of the liquid entering the tank wall. The heat transfer process of high viscosity liquid is very suitable. The LDG spiral belt screw combination type has the characteristics of both screw and spiral belt, which strengthens the circulation of the inner and outer liquids, and is especially effective for non-Newtonian plastic and viscoelastic liquids. ZLD cone-bottom screw belt type, ZLG cone-bottom screw belt screw type, its characteristic is that the bottom shape can be matched with the cone bottom, and can be designed according to requirements.
