       This type of agitator is a slow-speed agitator. It operates in the laminar flow zone. The liquid rises or falls along the spiral surface to form an axial upward and downward circulation. It is suitable for the mixing and heat transfer of medium and high viscosity liquids. The screw type stirring diameter is small. , The axial thrust is large, it can be placed eccentrically, the distance between the blade and the groove wall is less than 1/20DJ, The groove wall can act as a baffle, the screw is equipped with a guide tube, and the axial flow is strengthened, forming a downward and upward circulation inside and outside the guide tube.Commonly used medium viscosity μ＜105cP, normal operating speed n=0.5-50rpm, v<1m/s.
