    (Flexible) Diaphragm coupling is composed of two halves of coupling, connecting cylinder, transmission gasket and screws.The two half couplings of this diaphragm coupling have undergone a dynamic balance test, and the relative position is fixed during installation.
   The coupling is an important component that transmits the power of the electric motor to the active rotor of the compressor.Due to the high speed of the screw compressor, the installation accuracy (coaxiality) of the coupling is also high.Improper installation of the coupling will not only cause the machine to run unstable and increase the noise, but also cause abnormal damage to the rotor, main bearing, thrust bearing and shaft seal. 
    For newly operating units, the coaxiality of the compressor and motor will be changed due to changes in the oil content or the stress of the frame. The coaxiality should be checked regularly until the unit stress is relieved before continuous operation
