The driven shafts are connected to form a shaft transmission system to transmit torque or motion

Shafting transmission usually consists of one or several couplings to connect the main and driven shafts to form a shafting transmission system to transmit torque or motion. The coupling is mainly connected with the shaft of the motor, reducer and working machine. The type of shaft hole, the connection type and size mainly depend on the form and size of the connected shaft. The product design generally adopts cylindrical and conical shaft holes. The shaft extension is designed to the international standard, and the shaft extension standard is designed for the shaft.

There are seven commonly used coupling shaft holes:

1.Long cylindrical shaft hole (limited to long cylindrical shaft extension motor) Y-shaped shaft hole

2.Long conical shaft hole Z1 type shaft hole without counterbore.

3.Short cylindrical shaft hole with counterbore (recommended) J-shaped shaft hole

4.Z2 type short conical shaft hole with counterbore.

5.Short cylindrical shaft hole without counterbore (recommended) J1 type

6.Short conical shaft hole Z3 type without counterbore.

7.Long conical shaft hole Z type with counterbore.
