●Flange coupling (also known as flange coupling) is the use of bolts to connect two flange (flange) disc type half couplings. The two half couplings are respectively connected to the two shafts with a key to achieve two The shaft is connected to transmit torque and movement.
●Flange coupling has simple structure, convenient manufacturing, low cost, reliable work, easy assembly and disassembly, and maintenance. It has a large transmission torque and can ensure high centering accuracy of the two shafts. It is generally used for stable load. , High-speed or high-precision shafting transmission.
● The flange coupling does not have radial, axial and angular compensation performance. If the centering accuracy of the two shafts cannot be guaranteed during use, it will reduce the service life, transmission accuracy and transmission frequency of the coupling, and cause Vibration and noise.
