Polyurethane is a new kind of organic polymer material, which is called “the fifth largest plastic”.

Polyurethane sealant has many excellent properties:
EPT adaptability, good wear resistance, good mechanical strength, good adhesion, good elasticity and excellent resilience. It can be used for dynamic joints 6) low temperature flexibility and good weather resistance, solid tire; printing, conveying cots; pressure-type cots; oil seals, gasket knots, bushing bearing O-rings; bracing; sole, rear root, HangZhou; lining; gears, etc.,
The hardness range of the selected elastomer is different in different application fields.
Applications :in mining, metallurgical and other industries—–sieve plates,
rocking machines, etc.——cots, tape, seals, etc. Sealing ring and so on;
in light industry—–polyurethane shoe bottom material, polyurethane synthetic leather, polyurethane fiber;
building industry——waterproof material, paving material, filling material, etc. The service life is 15 ~ 20 years long, the oil resistance is good and the bioaging resistance is 9%.

Application: Can compensate the relative deviation, damping, buffering, small radial dimension, simple structure, no need of lubrication, the bearing capacity is high, easy to maintain, but change the elastic element in two shaft coupling needs to move along the axial direction. Is suitable for connecting two coaxial, frequent starting, reversing the changes, low speed, small power transmission, high reliability requirements of shafting parts, not suitable for heavy load and axial size restrictions, parts of the two axis of difficulties in the EPT of the elastic component.
