1, Assembling machine:(Structure Principle)

(1)Host machine:Including Main drive roller bearing power components, the door frame device, clamping device of web, wing powder compact device, hydraulic alignment device, etc.

Main drive roller moving roller components:The motor drives the cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and then through the sprocket, chain transmission, drive the main drive roller rotation (attached drive roller 2 group), making walking hbeam.

Web clamping device:Two groups of web plate fastening device for synchronous movement, through the coupling and the shaft connection between two groups.Total power of the motor drive gear reducer, and then through a screw transmission so that the web clamp sliding seat together to walk in the middle.Web clamping mechanism of two side by clamping bolt tightening on the sliding seat directly, through the shaft linkage with open or shrink, to meet the requirements of the web the clamping, realized the machine automatically.

Wing clamp device:Two sets of wings clamp lock mechanism for synchronous movement, through the coupling and the shaft connection between two groups.Total power of the motor drive gear reducer, and then through a screw transmission so that the web clamp sliding seat together to walk in the middle.Wing clamp on two sides of the clamping seat directly to tighten bolts on the sliding seat through the shaft linkage with open or shrink, to meet the requirements of wing plate clamp, realized the machine automatically.

The door frame press device:Can lift the main pressure beam mainly include:Pressure cylinder, lift drag plate, eccentric adjustment wheel, pinch roller.Hydraulic alignment equipment,hbeam not spot welding, flange and web will produce uneven phenomenon, then we can align the wing, to web hbeam equipment parts, makes the plate close to the base plate, so that the transverse alignment.Alignment device can make mechanical flip up and down.

(2)the pull rodof the system:On the bar system mainly includes:Pull rod box, rod oil cylinder, pull rod.When not set of wing, web transmission into the machine, the wings, not in the required position precision, web and web need support at this time.Rod for the system is able to wing, web preliminary positioning and its process are respectively, by the surface tension in the oil cylinder and the web of the tensioning oil cylinder control.Pull rod box by pull rod connected between each other.

Double shaft shredder machine

XBDouble-shaft shredder is composed of motors, reducers with rigid gears, rotary shafts, imported rotary knife, fixed knife, frame, working platform and an independent EPT control cabinet.
Three-asynchronous motor drives the reducer by belt and belt wheel, and the bearing coupling connects reducer with the shaft. The whole process reduces the rotating speed to a safe and acceptable number for the shaft.
Fixed knives are installed on the frame, separately in each side of the two rotary shafts where the moving knives are bolted. Moving knives are specially designed into four-angel shape, when blunt customers could change the angel for recycling using. The two shafts both rotate towards middle center, bringing moving knives passing through the fixed ones. The nearest distance between the two kinds knife is set within 1mm to ensure material shredded smaller enough. A screen mesh is needed sometimes to ensure materials shredded even further.
Biaxial shredder is control by EPT cabinet equipped with PLC system. The machine features start, stop, reverse functions. Also it is fitted with automatic overload return mechanism to prevent damage to working parts.

    The upper end has four hard-wearing boards which are plated tough chrome, the two side-walls has one hard-wearing board which is plated tough chrome, it is convenient for taking down and exchanging&period;
    The peak, the two sides and the top and the end of the arris of the rotor are surfacing plated tough hard-wearing alloy metal, with polishing and plating hard chrome&period; The axis of the rotor is hollow, there is drilling to the jacketed cavity of the screw arris, forced circulation cooling system can push cooling water up to the top of the arris, to strengthen the heating process&period; The material of the two sides support in the mixer chamber is cast steel, it has better strength and stiffness&period;
    Rotor shafts are supported on four double-row radial spherical roller bearing&period;

2&period; The pressure of the hydraulic rotor end face sealing device is adjustable&period;
The hydraulic four shaft one-way cylinder&period; The device use the lever platen to press sealed end face, at the same time lubricating oil and process oils enters into the device&period; Lubricating oil and process oils are outputted by EPT high-pressure pump, and instantaneous oil pressure count can reach 64MPa, the normal count is 40MPa in working conditions which insure pipeline smooth and sealed oil stable&period;

3&period; Press material device

    The locking device is Z-type, it is very safe, which can overcome the damage,inconvenient repair and change of plank type locking device&period;

5&period; Reducer and lubricant system
Adopting secondary helical gear modular reducer, double shaft work by the coupling driving the rotor of the mixer device, gearwheel is made of 42CrMo metal, every bevel wheel has been debugged, and the cover of main moving gearwheel has been nitride and run in which can make the reducer working smooth, reducing the noise and expanding service life&period;
The reducer has the lubricant system, oil pump spray the meshing point of the gearwheel with oil to keep it lubricant and cooling, every bearing is forced to get circulating lubrication&period; Every lubricating point has fuel indicator or we can observe oil supply from the screen&period;

6&period; Hydraulic system
Hydraulic system switches the hydro-cylinder to the double gearwheel of the discharging device, locking the hydro-cylinder, end facing sealing device hydro-cylinder of the rotor&semi; provide power oil to drive the machine&period; Hydraulic station has accumulator to provide power when power cut, manumotive solenoid valve open the lock, then discharging door open&period;

7&period; Grease lubricating system
Adopting EPT grease punm, with intermittent fuel feeding, providing rotor bearing, charging door, discharging door, locking device with lubricating grease timing&period;

8&period; EPT control system
Adopting PLC, with touch screen (with free choice), which has dozens of technical formula data , can watch the voltage, current, power, mixing temperature, mixing time and failure warning from the screen&period; There are three control ways to choose, including time, temperature and EPT power&period; When host is overload, EPT system rise the pressure weight up, which can prevent main motor , rotor and other parts from damage&period; According to user’s requirements, it can communicate with or control the upper computer including PC, IPC, and large PLC&period;
