Note:
KN.m= Nominal Torque; d1 d2 L J1= Dimensions of cylindrical shaft hole; d2 max L B= Dimensions of flat shaft hole
1. The weight and moment of inertia are approximations calculated according to the maximum diameter of the cylindrical shaft hole and the length of the intermediate shaft L3min.
2. Shaft hole type of coupling: Generally, the active end is cylindrical, and the driven end is flat hole shape. If necessary, both ends can be cylindrical.
3. Models 1~15 can be selected according to GB3852 if Y-axis extension is required.
4. Cmax is taken according to one-10th of the diameter of the flat hole, that is, C= 0.1d2 and rounded.
5. For flat bore axle holes, the ultimate tolerance of d2 and B is H9.
6. When the axle hole diameter d is 670mm, the keyway adopts type D, its size is φ670H7 keyway depth 67-0.3 key width b201 chamfering C is 12.
7. Axle holes and keyways shall follow the regulations of GB /T3852. Cylindrical shaft hole chamfer according to GB6403.4.
If no connection is used for surplus coordination oil pressure loading and unloading, it can be determined through negotiation with the field.
The dimensions of the ring groove and shaft and shaft hole interface shall be specified in JB /T6163.
8. The torque calculation and allowable speed of the coupling shall be stipulated in JB /T8821-1998 standard.
