The relative movement between the pieces of the chip coupling will cause the pre-tightening force of the matching bolt to decrease, and the bending load on the bolt will increase, which will eventually cause the bolt to break.In order to avoid this evil effect, the manufacturer of the chip coupling usually restricts the transmission of alternating torque or takes other measures.Although there are clear regulations on the load-bearing capacity in the product catalog, users will generally choose larger couplings to avoid breakage of the matching bolts.
