Due to the complicated combination of P1102, we strictly measure the coupling length and diaphragm thickness according to the assembly drawing during assembly, and then assemble it according to the markings given by the manufacturer.Clean the parts before assembling the coupling. After cleaning the parts, wipe the washing oil (gasoline, kerosene or diesel) on the parts, and apply some turbine oil or engine oil on the surface of the parts to prevent rust.Since P1102 is a high-speed rotating machine, its coupling has undergone a dynamic balance test in the manufacturer. After the dynamic balance test is qualified, there will be a mark of the coordinate position between the components. When assembling, we strictly assemble it according to the mark given by the manufacturer.Because if you do not assemble arbitrarily according to the mark, it will cause the coupling to be unbalanced and cause the machine to vibrate.The bolts of the coupling cannot be interchanged arbitrarily.The connecting bolts on the coupling flange are weighed, and the weight of each bolt is basically the same.In addition, when tightening the coupling bolts of the coupling, symmetrically and gradually tighten the torque wrench to make the tightening torque on each bolt basically the same, so as to avoid the uneven force of the bolts and the coupling after assembly skew.Strictly control the assembly of the sealed parts.After assembling, check whether the rigid movable parts of the coupling can move a little, and check whether there is jamming.
Due to the inevitable errors in the coupling process, assembly and other links, the relative displacement of the two shafts connected by the coupling is caused, which destroys its coaxiality.Therefore, the installed coupling must be debugged before it is put into operation.

Please Note
(1) When debugging with a ruler, in order to improve the adjustment accuracy, the surface of the radial end face of the coupling should be cleaned in advance to make it flat, smooth, rust-free and burr-free.
(2) In order to avoid the increase of measurement error, when debugging with special tools, please make a good mark.Divide the flange into 4 to 8 measuring points in order to measure accurate data.
(3) For the installation of large equipment such as P1 102, the debugging is "first high and low then level", because the high and low f radial displacement) is controlled by the gasket, and the difference value can be measured only after the bolts are tightened. If the level is adjusted first (axis Toward displacement), then adjust the level up and down, the horizontal position will move after the up and down.
(4) Before using the dial indicator for measurement, the dial indicator should be synchronized.Both the large and small pointers point to "0", which is good for reading.Otherwise, the small pointer will appear in the middle of the scale "2" and "3", while the large pointer is located at about "0", the reading error will be large.
