The gear coupling consists of two coupling discs, which are connected by their inner and outer teeth.The coupling disc with internal and external teeth is connected with the transmission and the drive axle through splines or keys.
1) If the spline teeth on the gear are damaged and the fit clearance is greater than 0.4mm, they should be replaced.
2) When the keyway on the gear is damaged, the keyway can be enlarged and replaced.Or insert another keyway at 60° from the original keyway.
3) When the gear coupling is adjusted, the coaxiality of the two shafts should not be greater than 0.4mm
