Coupling is a mechanical component that is mainly used to connect two rotating shafts in mechanical transmission to transmit torque or rotation angle; it can also be used for equipment protection of *devices; shafts cannot be separated during movement, only It can be separated when the equipment stops running. In addition, if an abnormality occurs during operation and the transmission torque is too large, the coupling will be damaged first to avoid damage to the motor or other transmission components.

Coupling selection skills 1. Each series of couplings has its own unique performance. Please select the appropriate coupling according to the specific requirements of use. 2. After selecting the appropriate series of products, then Refer to the corresponding parameter table and determine the model according to the corresponding parameters. 3. Confirm the appropriate fixing method and choose according to different needs. A reasonable fixing method is the guarantee for the stability of the equipment. For details, please refer to the "Fixed coupling method" section Content. 4. Confirm whether the selected product meets the conditions for on-site installation.

     5.CouplingSelection skills:

Rated torque-is the allowable value of the torque that the coupling bears during actual use.

*High torque-is the maximum critical value for damage to the coupling during use.

*High speed-It is necessary to make sure that the speed of the motor is within this range when selecting the model.

Eccentricity-the allowable value of the parallel deviation of the axis of the two shafts.

Deflection angle-the allowable value of the mutual angle formed between the two axes.

Axial deviation-the allowable value of the displacement of the axial movement of the two axes.

When starting, stopping, and switching between forward and reverse rotations, the motor will apply a load greater than the maximum torque of the motor to the coupling. Therefore, when selecting the coupling, the rated torque of the coupling should be greater than the maximum torque of the motor. For equipment with frequent forward and reverse rotations, the rated torque of the coupling should be 2-5 times the maximum torque of the motor. If it is a servo motor, it should be 5-10 times.
