(1) In order to improve the compensation and endurance of starting shock, variable load shock and absorbing vibration, the compensation ability of the coupling is adjusted by changing the number, length and diameter of the straight line that cannot be paralyzed.
(2) By filling solid lubricating grease in the coupling spring and the hole where the spring pin is located to form an oil film, reduce wear and increase damping, so as to achieve the purpose of compensating and absorbing vibration.
(3) Leave a space between the spring plate and the cover plate to store grease and compensate for the loss of lubricating grease.
(4) The half coupling is inlaid with a sleeve higher than the spring pin HRC20 to reduce profit concentration, prevent pin holes from crushing, and increase coupling life.
(5) There is a lubrication groove inside the insert for easy lubrication.
(6) The linear springs are arranged in an orderly manner in the cup sleeve, and there must be no looseness.
