Installation and debugging steps of reel coupling

When installing, first put the outer cover and the sealing ring on the reducer side of the outer gear sleeve, and then heat the outer gear sleeve and put it on the output shaft of the reducer.Note that the heating temperature can be calculated and determined according to the amount of interference and the ambient temperature.

 1 Before installing the coupling, check the mating surface of the coupling, and clean the anti-rust grease, remove burrs, and wipe off the oil.   

      2 This coupling is generally an interference fit, so it should be disassembled and heated.After disassembly, all parts should be placed together to avoid loss and damage.   

      3 When installing, first put the outer cover and the sealing ring on the reducer side of the outer gear sleeve, and then heat the outer gear sleeve on the output shaft of the reducer.Note that the heating temperature can be calculated and determined according to the amount of interference and the ambient temperature.   

      4 Put the outer cover (inner gear flange) and the inner end cover into the sealing ring combination, and make the appearance of the anti-rust coating, put it on the reel and position and tighten it.   

      5 Move the sleeve to align the outer gear shaft sleeve and insert it slowly. At this time, pay attention to the position where the sleeve is inserted, which is the steel code.   

      6 When installing, ensure that the position of the positioning wear pointer is correct and correct the L1 value.   

      7 The connection between the coupling and the drum and the fastening of the end cover shall adopt a bolt group with a strength performance level greater than or equal to 8.8.   

      8 When installing, at the diameter D0 of the reel, measure the distance E between the end face of the reducer and the end face of the reel every 900.   

      9 This coupling cannot bear axial load.The additional axial load generated during the work of the reel must always be borne by the fixed support of the reel. Therefore, the correct axial positioning must be ensured when the coupling is installed.Otherwise, the elastic horizontal displacement generated when the reel is working may destroy the axial limit of the coupling, cause the connection to fail, and even cause a serious accident.   

      10 When installing the coupling, use a flat-head grease nipple with a specification of PT1/4 and connect it through a joint.At this point, the coupling is installed.
